Where are you located?
We are in Athens, Texas which is about 80 miles southeast of Dallas.
Can I get a quote today?
Depending on the level of product customization, we can prepare a quote in one day. If longer, we always operate on as soon as possible basis.
How long does it take to get drawings?
In most cases, our normal lead time is two weeks, possibly sooner.
What is your timeframe after the drawings have been approved?
This varies depending on the product. A plate job typically takes 6-8 weeks and a laminated order takes 4 weeks. Orders can be expedited on a special rush basis.
Can I get technical help with design?
In addition to guidance from our sales staff, SEP has an engineering department that can also assist.
Are your deliveries on time?

Typically, approval takes anywhere from 3-6 weeks.
